Inspired by Julie’s father, Maurice Hudson—who grew up beside Hudson Road in Dún Laoghaire—we operate on his core belief: detail matters, and everything should be done properly. Located right on the N11, our setting carries even more heart; the road's name honors Nicky, the late wife of our building's owner, whose sporting number was 11. Two roads, two stories, and two legacy figures coming together to shape a space built on care and pride.
